1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TokenView ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

TokenView is operated by TokenView, located at Grev Wedelsgate 6a, 3111 Tønsberg, Norway.

2. Description of Service

TokenView provides a universal NFT viewing platform that allows users to view, display, and manage their NFT collections across multiple blockchain networks. The Service includes:

• NFT viewing and display capabilities
• Multi-chain blockchain support
• Desktop and web applications
• TV and Kiosk display modes (Professional plan)
• Custom branding options (Professional plan)
• Gallery curation tools (Professional plan)

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TokenView offers both free trial and paid subscription plans:

• Trial: View up to 5 NFTs with watermark overlay
• Personal Plan: Unlimited NFT viewing without watermarks
• Professional Plan: Advanced features including Kiosk Mode, custom branding, and curated galleries
• Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions with dedicated support

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or years.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• To transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To violate the intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TokenView and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

NFT content displayed through the Service remains the property of the respective NFT owners. TokenView does not claim ownership of any NFT content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TokenView does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of NFT metadata or blockchain data displayed through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOKENVIEW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
