Questions
How does TokenView stop copying?
Every work is encrypted when it is certified. It can only be decrypted and shown in the TokenView player, and only for its verified owner. Someone can copy the file, but it won't play anywhere, so it can't be passed off or resold as the original.
What exactly am I buying?
A lifetime Founding Artist membership with the features and fee level listed for your tier. It is a product purchase. It is not an investment or a share in TokenView, and it gives no right to TokenView's profits. See the membership terms.
What does "for life" mean?
Your fee level and features stay as long as TokenView operates the service. We will never raise the fee on a founding place.
Do I keep the rights to my work?
Yes. You keep full copyright. TokenView only gets the right to display and sell the works you choose to list.
How is the Genesis Collection chosen?
TokenView curates it from Founding Artists. Founding Artist Pro members get one work guaranteed in it, provided the work follows our content guidelines.
Which formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, WebM, 3D (GLB/GLTF), generative art and interactive HTML.
Which blockchains are supported?
All major NFT blockchains, including Ethereum and Tezos. NFTs you already own can be displayed directly. Payments work by card or crypto.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
